Returns & Exchanges

At Silks, we want you to feel as luxurious as our fabrics; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with all silk-care tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original protective packaging to prevent snagging and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
